Over dit evenement
Welcome, dear one,
As winter begins to loosen its grip, we find ourselves in an in-between space —
not quite spring, not quite movement.
A moment to slow down, soften, and simply be —
so I invite you to a soothing sound bath:
a gentle evening of rest, recalibration, and quiet renewal.
This is not about doing or achieving — it’s about receiving.
During the sound journey, you’ll be immersed in the healing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and singing bowls. These sounds move through the body like waves, helping to dissolve what feels heavy and reconnect you with your natural state of ease and clarity.
Your thoughts may soften, your breath may deepen, and a quiet spaciousness may open within.
You may notice emotions rising or falling, images passing through, or simply feel yourself held in deep rest. Whatever arises is welcome.
There’s nothing to fix or change — only a gentle unfolding.
Just lie down, breathe, and let sound hold you.
