Living and working in a fast-paced environment - especially in a different country - can make it difficult to truly slow down.
This one-day retreat offers a gentle pause from daily demands, constant thinking, and ongoing stimulation.
An invitation to step out of “doing mode” and reconnect with yourself through mindfulness, meditation, and gentle breathing, in a calm, supportive, international-friendly setting.
🌿 About the Retreat
This day is dedicated to slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and creating inner space.
Through simple, accessible practices, you are invited to rest, reconnect, and come back to a more natural rhythm.
💫 Throughout the day we work with
• Gentle, regulating breathing
• Mindfulness and awareness-based meditation
• Guided moments of stillness and reflection
• Light body awareness to support grounding and presence
The emphasis is not on techniques or performance, but on being: listening inward and allowing body and mind to settle naturally.
Everything is offered at a slow and spacious pace. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to fix.
✨ Who This Retreat is for you if you
• Feel mentally busy, overstimulated, or constantly “on”
• Find it difficult to slow down or truly rest
• Live or work in an international context and miss moments of grounding
• Long for more calm, clarity, and presence
No previous experience with mindfulness, meditation, or breathwork is required. The practices are gentle and suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.

• Not therapy
• Not an intensive breathwork or emotional release session
• Not a silent retreat
There will be a balance of quiet moments and optional sharing, always attuned to the group.

I work with a gentle, clear, and grounded approach, respecting the natural pace of the body and nervous system.
I believe it is essential to create a safe space where you can slow down, reconnect, and rest deeply, without pressure or expectation.
All of this happens within a small, warm, and supportive group setting.
💡 Contraindications
This retreat is not suitable if you currently have, or have had in the past:
• epilepsy
• serious heart or cardiovascular conditions
• severe psychological difficulties
• or if you are pregnant
This is not because the session involves physically demanding exercises, but because the retreat takes place in a group setting, and certain experiences or backgrounds may require more individual guidance or care.
If you are unsure whether this circle is suitable for you, please feel free to contact me in advance. We can then explore together what feels wise and appropriate for you at this moment.
🧘 The day includes:
• Full-day guidance
• All practices and materials
• Vegetarian lunch, tea, coffee, and healthy snacks throughout the day.
Places are limited to ensure a calm and attentive group setting.
🌱 Cancellation Policy
• More than 4 weeks before the retreat: full refund
• Between 2 and 4 weeks before the retreat: 50% refund
• Less than 2 weeks before the retreat: no refund, unless a replacement participant is found
You are always welcome to transfer your place to someone else; please inform us in advance.
