Over dit evenement
Are you ready to let go of what no longer serves you, breathe more freely, and create space for clarity and renewal?
Join us for this Autumn Metal edition of Yin Yoga Meets Bodywork, where the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga meets the supportive presence of mindful touch. Take this moment to gently align with the seasonal energy of autumn — a time of release, reflection, and inner clarity.
In Yin Yoga, poses are held for several minutes, allowing your body to soften and your mind to settle. Through conscious, gentle touch, we help you stay present with your sensations, inviting deep release, embodiment, and emotional steadiness.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is ruled by the Metal element, connected to the lungs and large intestine — organs that help us let go, take in fresh energy, and find structure and clarity. Metal supports our ability to set healthy boundaries, embrace simplicity, and cultivate inner strength.
We’ll focus on nurturing the Metal element to help you:
🍂 Release tension in the chest, shoulders, and back
🍂 Support healthy breathing and emotional release
🍂 Let go of heaviness and make space for clarity and inspiration
🍂 Strengthen your inner boundaries and cultivate resilience
What you can expect:
- Embodiment practices before the yin practice (gentle movement, self-massage, meditation, Do-in yoga, breathing practices, etc.)
- Long Yin Yoga practice with mindful touch
- A lot of personal attention — maximum of 8 participants
- Sweet, long savasana (final relaxation) to integrate your experience
- Warming autumn tea with a snack after the session
- After-care email with practical tips on how to support yourself during the Metal season
