We will gather around the medicine of the heart centre, combining powerful tools to cocreate an authentic healing journey.

Elena, coming from Ibiza, will open the journey with a CACAO CEREMONY. “Theobroma Cacao”:
Food of the gods, is a great bridge to connect the heart field. It activates our intuitive awareness and brings mind and emotions into coherent alignment with the heart.

Cacao seed used by Mayan and Aztec cultures, is in its raw state, a powerful food for its medicinal, spiritual and energetic properties. It contains serotonin, tryptophan, and dopamine; it increases the heart and brain oxygen levels, which in combination with sound frequencies helps to reset the harmonic balance in our body.

Once connected to the frequency of the heart, the perfect field opens up to enter with Aileen on the transformative journey of the breath.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
This is a gentle but powerful Breathwork technique. Using ancient knowledge from yoga & contemporary neuroscience, beautiful electronic music and a gentle feminine guidance.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH can allow you to release emotions, physical blockages and increase the sense of aliveness & energy in your body. Release limiting beliefs and allow yourself to step towards your full potential.

SOUND HEALING
For closing, we will rest and enter on a meditational state experiencing with harmonic frequencies, creating a deeply relaxing energy field.
