Over dit evenement
Are you ready to relax deeply, reconnect to your inner fire, and restore your energy in a way your body will remember? Join us for this summer edition of Yin Yoga meets Bodywork, where we combine the healing power of Yin Yoga with the supportive presence of mindful touch!
In Yin yoga, poses are held for several minutes, often giving the mind space to wander. Through our conscious, gentle touch, we help you stay grounded in your body and present with your experience, inviting deeper release, embodiment, and emotional awareness.
As a special offering for this edition, we’ll also share a mini cacao ceremony. Ceremonial cacao is known for its heart-opening qualities and is rich in magnesium, iron, and antioxidants. We’ll enjoy organic cacao from Guatemala — a product that also supports local communities.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is ruled by the Fire element, linked to joy, connection, and self-expression. Fire governs the heart, small intestine, pericardium, and triple heater.
We’ll focus on nurturing the energy of these organs to help you:
🔥 Expand your capacity for joy, connection, and self-expression
🔥 Release tension in the chest, shoulders, neck, and upper back
🔥 Regulate and soothe the nervous system, inviting inner calm and emotional clarity
🔥 Strengthen your connection to the heart space—the center of compassion, intuition, and truth
What can you expect:
- Embodiment practices before the yin practice (might include movement, self-touch/massage, meditation, Do-in yoga exercises, breathing practices, etc)
