Step into the stillness of the forest and join us for SYLVA: a seasonal dining and overnight experience hosted at Yūgen Forest.

SYLVA is more than a meal. It’s an immersive experience curated with love and precision by Chef Thor, Farmer Rick, and experience designer Garo. Together, they craft an evening that celebrates the seasons, the land, and the connection between nature and nourishment.

The evening begins with a garden walk and welcome drink, followed by a seven-course open fire dinner under the trees. After closing the night by the fire, you’ll sleep in a private cabin or glamping tent surrounded by nature.

The next morning, wake up to birdsong and enjoy breakfast on the land before you return to the world. Nourished, rested and inspired.
