Come join us for our delicious mini day retreat, nestled away in secret nature of Amsterdam, where you can ground yourself and recenter your mind, body, and soul.
We invite you to De Meditatietuin for a day of re-connecting, re-setting and re-centering. The perfect tonic to help you transition into your next season feeling like you have your feet on the ground.
Lydia and Hannah have joined forces to create a conscious journey of 3 parts. We wanted to plan something that we ourselves would crave during the transition from summer to autumn - bringing together our most nourishing and grounding practices from yoga therapy, life coaching and acupuncture - sharing them with anyone who wants or needs to move in to their next season with intention and their feet on the ground.
_WHAT IS THIS?_
This mini day retreat in Amsterdam is a conscious journey of 3 parts:

🧘♀️ YOGA workshop
~ground + connect~
Arrive and land, with a unique 1-HR therapeutic yoga practice, taught by both Hannah and Lydia.
A blend of meditative movement, somatic release, yoga nidra, and nourishing acupressure yin will deeply ground you, and connect you to your body and intuition.

⭐️ COACHING workshop
~re-center~
Hannah will guide you through a group life coaching session to help you take stock of where your energy is and how to find harmony and intention for the upcoming season.
You will leave with renewed awareness of how to listen to your energy and a personalised, actionable set of focus, vibe, ideas and intentions to step forwards with.

🌀 ACUPUNCTURE workshop
~integrate~
Lydia will bring you back home to yourself in this next level integration workshop. You will receive an acupuncture protocol to support the grounding and centring affect of the day and bask together in the energy field of the group and your new insights.
Lydia will gently place small sterile needles and hold space for you to rest for 25 minutes. She will then remove the needles
We will then close the journey and our day together, with a ceremonial sharing circle.
You are welcome to sell your ticket on Ticketswap or exchange it with someone else if you cannot make it. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
_ABOUT HANNAH AND LYDIA_
Hannah Ray is a seasoned Life Coach, Career & Business Coach, Wellbeing Coach and yoga therapist. She's qualified in personal + professional coaching, advanced yoga therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy tools for coaches, and guided visualisation for therapeutic change (like hypnosis or yoga nidra).
She holds space for people to explore and create their own version of a life well lived - both in expression of the body through movement and yoga Bluebirds Yoga Amsterdam, and through her own business and coaching practice, TAKE Coaching Amsterdam. She's been through her own journey of changing countries then careers, feeling lost, reconnecting with herself time and time again, and creating a way of living and working that feels more aligned and attuned.
She's a deep and judgement-free listener, encouraging you to speak from the heart and get honest. Her approach is considered, warm, grounding, intuitive + practical, and when it comes to all things success, energy, wellbeing, change, self-belief, self-trust & clarity, you’re in capable hands.
Lydia Sullivan is a deeply knowledgeable holistic health practictioner in Amsterdam. In her regular clinic, she works with all health conditions, but has a special interest in issues of the abdomen, including digestive problems and menstrual cycle disharmony. Lydia’s passion to nourish and support clients stems from her own personal health journey that governed most of her 20’s. From over 10 years of healing she found her interest in holistic medicine. and now uses this knowledge to support and empower her clients.
She offers a calm, balanced and non-judgemental energy. Her treatments leave you feeling like you're floating on a cloud with a big smile on your face. She makes space for each treatment to feel like a nourishing treat (with soft touch, smells, sound) and not a rushed or cold experience. She offers this through her own holistic healing practice, NourishedBy, and yoga classes that focus on regulating the nervous system and teaching how to shift into a parasympathetic state at Bluebirds Yoga, Stretch and Fold Yoga, Movements Yoga in Amsterdam.
