The psychedelic sharing circle is a space to come together and speak openly about our experiences with altered states of consciousness. We share stories, reflect, and hear different perspectives in a warm, open and supportive setting.

Perhaps you are processing a recent experience, you are curious to learn from others, or you are simply looking for a supportive space to share: You are welcome - whether you’re exploring for the first time or have years of experience.

How does it work?

We begin with a brief meditation to ground ourselves.

Each participant will have their turn to share while the rest of the group listens. We honour each person's sharing by allowing space for their words without interruptions. Typically, we do two rounds of sharing, with a break in between. Occasionally, we may offer a question at the start to inspire reflection.

Date:

The next circle is from 19.00-21.00 on the 15th of May. Doors are open 15 minutes before. Please be on time to not interrupt the meditation or the sharing.

Location:

We’ll be in an upstairs room at NieuwLand in Amsterdam Oost (Nieuwlandstraat 93), which, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility needs that may not be accommodated, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to find a solution.

This is a free event but donations are welcome (cash or pin). NieuwLand thrives through the support of volunteers and friends who recognize the value of spaces like this—alternatives to an individualistic society, a capitalist economy, and gentrifying neighborhoods.
