Transformational therapeutic Breathwork and Trauma Release Practitioner, Thai & Tantric Massage Bodyworker, I draw from the lineages of Anahata & Tantra Kriya Yoga,ISTA, and many more.
I organize and facilitate workshops, retreats, private sessions and experiential journeys where you can learn to deepen your connection with yourself & others to practice embracing life fully.

Anita accompanies from the spontaneity and naturalness of her essence in spaces of body exploration and expression of sexual energy.
My purpose is that through (re)-education and sexual integration, we generate a social revolution based on freedom, love, pleasure, abundance, co-creation and peace.
I was trained in Somatic Sexuality by the Institute of Body and Sexuality and in Conscious Emotional Management with the method of Codependency and integration of childhood wounds by the Institute of Emotional Management Sammasati.
