This event offers a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Supported by the grounding energy of a cacao ceremony and the transformative practice of Kundalini Touch.
We’ll begin with a ceremonial dose of pure cacao, known for its powerful heart-opening properties. Cacao contains theobromine, a natural compound that can support mood stability, mental clarity, and presence. It helps to open the emotional body, making it easier to connect with your inner world and set clear intentions.
Held under the energy of the full moon, this ceremony also creates a supportive container for letting go of what no longer serves and calling in what you're truly ready to embody.
From this space, we transition into Kundalini Touch; a somatic energy activation. You’ll lie down on a mat, relax fully, and open to receive. Through gentle energetic transmission, the body’s natural life force is activated, creating space for healing, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection to your higher self.

▽ ABOUT IRENE
As Irene deepened her search for meaning and healing, her Kundalini was activated in 2000 during a Taoist retreat that combined the arts of sublimating sexual energy with meditation. Over the years, she experienced a series of enlightenment states, and in 2014, her Kundalini awakened permanently.
With over 30 years of experience in dance, temple arts, and Taoist and Tantric practices, she felt deeply inspired to become a Kundalini facilitator. She initially offered one-on-one sessions before expanding into group work. In 2022, she developed a teacher training based on her experiences and has worked with various teachers, including Elliot Saxby.
Irene now travels the world with her programs and has trained over 80 facilitators from diverse countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Curaçao, Sweden, Malta, Ireland, England, Portugal, and Bali.
