The Listening Space

A truly magical experience that I would wish for everyone to have at least once in their lifetime. The beautiful music during the session took me on a journey into my inner world, where the concept of time seemed to no longer exist. I felt a deep connection with myself and with everything and everyone around me. Moments of gratitude, love, sadness, and above all appreciation for the beauty of life filled me throughout this sound journey. Steve’s musical talent and personal attention, combined with the beautiful and welcoming setting, made me feel safe to fully surrender to the experience.

Went from the beginning of everything to the essence of life. We’re always looking for something will the essence is just be. Everything is vibration and during this session you feel that there is nothing more or less then only being one with frequency. All there is, is 1. You’re looking something to cancel out something else so why not just stop looking and be. We look inside to find what is already in front of us. Quote: the one is created by the other so just be the one!

Een van de meest bijzondere ervaringen die ik ooit heb gehad. Vanaf de eerste klanken werd ik volledig meegenomen in de muziek; het voelde alsof de geluiden door mijn hele lichaam stroomden.

De combinatie van soundhealing, milde breathwork en de fijne begeleiding bracht me in een diepe staat van ontspanning en bewustzijn. Ik ervaarde intense kleuren, beelden en emoties, en voelde me volledig verbonden met de muziek.

Moeilijk in woorden te vatten, maar met een diepe impact. Dankjewel voor de veilige ruimte en de zorgvuldige begeleiding.

Ingrid en Steve creëeren een heerlijke avond om tot rust te komen ‘in’ jezelf, in een intieme setting op een mooie spot in hartje Amsterdam. Ingrid begeleidt de ademsessie op een warme, persoonlijke, liefdevolle wijze. Steve neemt je op een muzikale reis vol vibrerende klanken - die bij mij voor een kleurrijk avontuur zorgden en me écht los weekten van gedachten. Even alle dagelijkse to do lijstjes loslaten, ontspannen, dichterbij jezelf komen! Het bracht ook wat extra lichtheid, vrolijkheid, helderheid in de dagen erna.

I had a really beautiful experience at The Listening Space: Sound & Somatics. The session felt like a rare opportunity to truly slow down and reconnect both with my body and with a deeper sense of awareness.

The combination of sound and somatic guidance was powerful yet gentle. It created a safe and grounding environment where I could release tension and simply be present. I especially appreciated how intuitive and well-paced the session was; nothing felt forced, and there was plenty of space to explore my own experience.

I left feeling calmer, more centered, and surprisingly refreshed both mentally and physically.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and experience something beyond a typical relaxation session.

Hele mooie en bijzondere ervaring. Ik had nog nooit een sound&somatics sessie gedaan en het was fijn en ontspannen. Natasha begeleidt je er enthousiast en op een prettige manier doorheen. Het is even wennen om je helemaal vrij te bewegen zonder schaamte maar Natasha zorgt er voor dat je dat snel los laat! De twee uur waren zo om gevlogen en ik voelde me lekker ontspannen na afloop!

Already joined 2 ceremonies, one microdosed and one without. Both were lovely to join. I would love to come again and would highly recommend these ceremonies with Steve&Natasha!

Het was mijn eerste keer en vond het daarom ergens wel spannend. Maar ik werd snel gerustgesteld door de goede zorgen van Steve en Natasha. De ceremony was mooi en minder heftig dan ik dacht. het was mooi en precies goed. Zeker aan te raden!

Natasha Stark's somatic healing class felt like a remembering.
Through flow and deliberate movement, she guided us back into our bodies, not as something to control or perfect, but as something to listen to. The practice built gradually, breath weaving into motion, heart rate rising to a crescendo, then met with a complete release. It wasn’t exercise. It was an embodiment. Blindfolded and completely inward, her sequence invited us to inhabit our fundamental emotions of anger, not as something sharp or destructive, but as clarity. Pleasure, not as indulgence, but as aliveness.
We weren’t performing feelings, we were moving through them. And then, just when everything felt open, our nervous system was held in Natasha's sound and rhythm.
The sound healing felt like a slow down. A soft landing. A re-tuning. Natasha holds space with both professionalism and intuition, grounded, skilled, and incredibly present. You can feel that she respects the work. You can feel that she respects the people in the room. I left feeling clearer, steadier, and more at home in myself.
If you have the chance to experience her class, take it. Your body already knows the way, she helps you remember.

Mijn ervaring bij Our Daily Breath was ontzettend fijn. De combinatie van Our Daily Breath met The Listening Space maakte het evenement extra bijzonder. De prachtige, vibrerende klanken resoneerden diep in mijn lichaam en brachten echt iets in beweging. Ingrid begeleidde het ademwerk op een zachte en liefdevolle manier, waardoor ik me volledig veilig en gedragen voelde. Het was een hele waardevolle en fijne ervaring. ✨
