The Women's Leadership Academy helps women build the inner foundation for a career — and a life — that actually fits who they are.

The questions we work with are the ones that rarely get asked out loud. Am I good enough for this? Am I taking up too much space? What do I actually want?

Our work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, combined with experiential and systemic methods. Research on leadership, identity and group dynamics on one side. Practice, roleplay, and honest conversation on the other. Participants leave with language for what they are up against, and with behaviour they have already tested in the room.

We organize masterclasses, workshops and training programmes on for instance imposter syndrome, negotiation and influence, setting boundaries, confidence and assertiveness, personal branding.

Founded by Lisanne van Bunderen — social psychologist, PhD in Organizational Behavior — and delivered by a select team of experienced trainers.
