Tantric Theatre

For me this event was very eye opening it helped me understood and reckognize the different layers of my personality and sit with them. This helped me to understand myself better in certain situations which for me is a life changer. So I most def recommend this!

Amazing workshop! I'm fully committed to my self development journey and if you're as well these sessions are a true blessing. The best part? Sofia and Wagner dare to challenge themselves and the participants. Quite uncommon and special to be honest. Very safe, very beautiful. Extremely recommended!

Beautiful workshop, with a lot of depth and heartfelt guidance.
I loved the way both Wagner and Sofia invited us into the raw edges of our conditioning, behavior and convictions. Highly recommended if you want to explore who you really are, in an authentic, unapologetic and beautifully supported way. ❤️✨️

The Tantric Theatre workshop was an experimental playground of free expression, fun, and playfulness, gently balanced with intention, vulnerability, honesty, and depth. The process really allowed me to shake off the nervousness I had coming in & by the end, I felt so comfortable in my skin and my expression. I felt a lot of mutual acceptance, respect & compassion within the group. Wagner as facilitator held the space with clarity, strength & gentleness. I felt safe there. From the get-go we were invited into honest sharing & the ice was broken through some playful acting warm-ups which were perfect for settling into the space. I felt so embodied and open after the experience, I would definitely go again & recommend it to anyone who is curious. Thanks team!

Another excellent session! It was my 2nd time and it was possibly the fastest 3 hours of my life! I'm really fascinated with this combination of tantra and theater. It feel the exercises around vulnerability allow me to fully tap into my creative playful energy in the improv acting exercises.

I heard about this event through one of my Breathwork participants. Tantra and theater are two things I’m very drawn to at this time of my life and this evening was a wonderful playful experience. I loved it and will be returning next month!

Amazing workshop by a very skilled person. He guided us through different exercises. Each activity had it's own benefits and struggles, some of them might suit you, others are sometimes a bit out of your comfort zone, but the facilitator, Wagner makes sure everybody feels safe and reassured.

At the end of the workshop, I reflected on how hard I've tried to "fit in" or to "belong" for so much of my life. Over here, I didn't have to try at all. It was really fun. Thanks for organising this great event!
