This was my first group session. I found so impressive how perfect strangers can end up feeling like family at the end of the day, and I think of my group so fondly. Anett's delicate manners and professional guidance created a safe bubble for us from the very beginning. We dealt with very delicate private matters, yet I could feel in the air how tension slowly eased and muscles relaxed, and the feeling of safety grew during the day as we passed from one constellation to another. When it was my turn I didn't worry about what I feel or do. My constellation was quite surprising (positively) as until the last minute I was unsure of what my question would be. I went home happy and tired. I would definitely do it again.
