The Vision
Renessance Dance was born from the belief that conscious dance & yoga are a very powerful tools for human transformation. Whilst moving together & journeying inward through silent headphone sound, each experience is designed as a ceremonial container where attendees can shed old patterns, explore authentic expression and emerge renewed.
This is movement and rhythm as a spiritual practice, a form of prayer and a pathway to rebirth.
