i specifically enjoyed the workshop as Sven was clearly explaining the exercises with several repetitions as well as checking in with people if they were doing correctly.The rest of the event was free flow so nothing to tell more about it .

Organizers are really nice, and have their eyes on safety and fun ...
Joiners were also nice, loved the experience overall, would definitely do it again
There were people from different fighting skills levels, which made it more fun and accessible for each joiner
