Hi, I'm Evelien!

I started Kindred Studio as a way to share my joy for journalling, yoga, and meditations. It is a welcoming and inclusive🏳️‍🌈 space for women in Amsterdam focused on personal growth, connection, and reflection.

Throughout 2025, I'll organize monthly women’s circles focused on finding our way in our busy lives, get inspired by others, and figure out what makes us happy and how we can cultivate this further.

In onze sharing circle combineren we yin yoga en pranayama om eerst te gronden en echt contact te maken met jezelf. Dit helpt om met meer rust en openheid het sharing gedeelte in te gaan, en dat is precies wat deze circle zo bijzonder maakt. In de beschrijving stond dit ook aangegeven, maar misschien kwam het anders over dan je had verwacht. Jammer dat het niet helemaal aansloot bij wat je zocht, en ik waardeer je feedback!

Blooming Sessions

Had such a wonderful time this afternoon! I really enjoyed starting with more active movement in the beginning with the contact dance, and then slowing down in the latter half with the slow flow Vinyasa and meditation. Adeline and Evelien did a great job creating an inclusive and safe environment, and as someone who is new to both contact dance and yoga I felt everything was very accessible to me. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into this session, and I felt amazing walking out of it. Looking forward to joining again in the future!
