When we do the inner work, we are able to change or perspective on Life, on our challenges and take back control again by choosing what feels right in our Heart.
Knowing ourself is when we embody our Soul. Letting go of what we think we know and diving deep into our inner Wisdom. The Wise One inside of us that is always there, has always been there and always will.
