I am offering a wonderful 2-day Healing Movement & Contact Beyond Contact workshop
in Rotterdam!
This (beginners) workshop is for you if you have danced a few times before-
Ecstatic dance, contact dance etc.
We will move through energetic layers within ourselves;
- Connect to our life-source energy,
- to others and
- eventually to our external environment.
I will guide you into embodied meditations, we will practice
moving from our core and get more clear on our inner leadership.
The workshop will offer you more clarity in how and why you move,
energetically and physically. You will be will able to apply the core CBC techniques
after the masterclass. And of course we will play, have fun and connect with
an amazing group!
Practical info;
2 days
10th and 11th of February
10:00 - 17:00 every day (day program - no sleepover)
Bring a water bottle, some lunch and a comfortable dance outfit!
I will provide tea, water and some small snacks.
If possible; Take some time before the workshop for yourself to rest,
make space (energetically & physically) for a new experience
& possibly set your intention.
