Embodied Movement Workshop ✨
My name is Veronica. I am a professional dancer and movement artist, Hatha yoga teacher, and reiki student. I will be hosting a movement embodiment workshop at the beautiful MandalaYogaStudio in Arnhem. We will explore movement together, connect to our bodies, express ourselves freely, and be safe to let go and dance. I would like to bring my experience with intuitive movement and healing into this workshop to create a safe space to be yourself where judgment has no room to be!


We will explore intuitive movement and connect to our bodies with acceptance and curiosity. Through different practices, you will have the space to explore yourself and experience what it means to trust your body and release the pressure of being in control.
A safe space to be vulnerable and accept exactly where you are... To trust yourself and your body more. To feel empowered by moving. To give space to your pain, emotions, feelings, and dreams.
You might feel challenged to go out of your comfort zone and dare to go for it. You will be safe to embody your movements with ALL that You are. Safe to explore freely and to let go.
