Over dit evenement
Through vocal expression and contact improvisation, you will explore how to connect with your body, express your feelings, listen to each other and open up authentically.
Welcome to the workshop of Anastasia Bezruchko and Wouter Mol!
We are excited to invite you to an afternoon of voice, movement, improvisation and connection.
This workshop is open to all levels of experience in singing, vocal expression, movement and dance. No previous experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to explore your own voice and body within a group dynamic.
Together we will explore:
* Vocal expression
* Contact improvisation
* Body awareness and body–voice connection
* Play, improvisation and spontaneous creation
About Anastasia:
I am a teacher of Contact Improvisation and ContactTango and a devoted explorer of embodied expression. With a background in performance arts, dance, I work through somatic approaches that delicately weave together mind and body.
In my classes and creations, I invite a listening body that senses, responds, and transforms. I cultivate a space where fluidity meets structure, love in every body cell where poetic presence emerges, and where movement becomes a language of attention, connection, and inner depth.
About Wouter:
I am a music therapist with extensive experience in supporting people dealing with, among other things, chronic stress, concentration difficulties, brain damage, and addiction. During both individual and group sessions, I have increasingly incorporated vocal expression into my work, in a playful and sensitive way. Allowing space for whatever arises in the moment, such as tension, has repeatedly proven to be a liberating experience, both for the participants and for me.
We will gently guide you through exercises that encourage presence, trust, connection, and self-expression, creating a safe and supportive space where everyone can be themselves and explore.
