Our wellbeing is deeply connected to the relationships we have with others, but also to the relationship we maintain with ourselves while we are in them.
How often do we adjust, accommodate, keep the peace or stay available long after our body has started asking for something different?
Full Moon Integration is a 90-minute therapist-led wellbeing experience designed to slow down, reconnect with the body and create space to process what has been building emotionally.
This Full Moon in Libra brings our attention to relationships, balance and boundaries, especially the balance between what we give to others and what we need ourselves.
It also arrives just after the Autumn Equinox, a natural transition between seasons and a moment when our energy, rhythms and needs may begin to shift. We’ll use this Full Moon Integration as space to acknowledge that transition too, reflecting on what we’re carrying forward and what may need to change as we move into the darker part of the year.
We can become very good at functioning through stress, overriding our needs or understanding our patterns intellectually without having the space to actually process what we feel. The body often registers this before we consciously name it: through tension, tiredness, irritation, emotional sensitivity or the sense that our capacity has been stretched for too long.
During this evening, we create space to notice those signals without immediately needing to analyze or fix them.
Through meditation, gentle breathwork, nervous system practices, Reiki, therapeutic sound and reflection, we move away from the stimulation of everyday life and into a slower, more inward state.
Part of the experience will take place through headphones using therapeutic sound and binaural beats. By playing slightly different frequencies into each ear, binaural audio creates an immersive listening experience that is being studied for its potential to support relaxation, stress reduction and focused states of attention.
During the evening, we will work with:
• Water alchemy ritual for grounding and embodied presence
• Gentle breathwork and nervous system practices
• Guided Libra Full Moon meditation and reflection
• Collective Reiki for relaxation and integration
• Immersive therapeutic sound with binaural beats
• Embodied reflection around relationships, boundaries and balance
• Oracle card guidance to close the experience

You spend much of your life responding to what is happening around you. This evening creates space to notice what is happening within you.
The experience is facilitated by an Integrative Therapist, MA Psychology and Reiki Master & Teacher, together with a Doctor and EMDR Therapist, bringing together mental health expertise, trauma-informed practice, nervous system awareness and complementary wellbeing modalities.
