A space for authentic connection, presence, and exploration.

Deeply Human is a recurring Friday evening experience where we come together to connect with ourselves and others in meaningful ways. Each edition offers a different theme, practice, or experience, while staying rooted in authentic relating, empathic listening, and genuine human connection.

Throughout the year, we may explore movement, breathwork, sound, conscious communication, shared meals, and other practices that invite us to slow down, become present, and relate more authentically.

This is not about self-improvement or performing a certain version of yourself. It is an invitation to arrive as you are, meet others with curiosity, and discover what becomes possible when we create space for real connection.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring your openness, your humanity, and a willingness to explore.


✦ JULY 24TH EDITION – MOVEMENT ✦

In this edition of Deeply Human, we explore movement as a pathway to presence, self-expression, and connection. Rather than focusing on technique or performance, we'll create a space to listen to our bodies, follow our curiosity, and discover what movement can reveal _about ourselves and how we relate to the world and each other.

Throughout the evening we will explore presence and attention,not only in stillness and reflection, but also in action and play.

Through movement puzzles and creative partner and group tasks, we will put the spotlight on and question our default patterns in moving, thinking, relating, perceiving. We will practice speaking the language before and beyond words - the language of our bodies.

This experience is accessible to everyone. No movement experience is needed. The invitation is simply to arrive as you are and meet yourself with curiosity.

Together, we'll create a grounded and welcoming space where movement becomes less about doing and more about being.
