Are you looking for a space to allow your playfulness, express emotions in a different way, explore boundaries and challenges, then come to the first PlayFight of hopefully many at the contact improvisation dance studio at the Travertijnstraat 12.

Play-fight is a lightly facilitated space, where we sit in a circle and anyone can make a suggestion or invitation of a way they would like to play or explore contact with one or more other person(s), in a non-verbal way, which they will do in the middle of the circle. The length of each playfight is 3 minutes.
Think for example, play like puppies to feel your inner child, growl at each other like tigers to get some of your anger out, or wrestle a bit to feel the edges of your own body and power. Imagine it, invite someone and negotiate together within which boundaries you feel safe to explore your 3 minutes on the mat together.

Every Body is welcome, no matter the age, energy or ability. You play within your capacities and wishes.

Clothes that are comfortable to move in.

Directions: It might not be so easy to find if you havent been there before! Use Google Maps to get to the exact spot.
In text: Don't go to the main entrance, but go on the right side around the outside of the building with until you can't go anymore; follow the signs to 'contact improvisation dance'.
