Through silence, somatic awareness, gentle breathwork, and shared reflection, we create a field of calm and connection. Growing emotional intelligence in a soft, grounded & embodied way.

No pressure. No fixing. Just being.
Whether you're healing, navigating change, or just craving stillness... Lighthouse invites you back home to yourself.
This is also a beautiful opportunity to gently close this year of the snake- to shed old layers and move softly into winter.
