Full moon Circle - for Women: Deepening self-love through self-massage

Dear, dear sisters,

We gather in warm candlelight for a healing circle devoted to self-love. This circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to your body, not through performance of sensuality, but through listening, care, and inner flow.

We begin with a cacao prayer (or tea), creating a shared moment of intention and grounding. From there, we move into gentle, intuitive movement to help you arrive in your body and release the day. Gradually, the practice flows into guided self-massage, using warm aroma-therapeutic oils, supporting connection with your upper body; breasts, shoulders, arms, belly, neck, and hands.

Everything is an invitation. You choose what you participate in, how deep you go, and what feels right for your body in each moment.

Women are invited to bring their own kimono or layers to stay warm. Lower body remains clothed. On the upper body, you may stay dressed, wear a bikini top, or be topless, always follow your own boundaries and comfort.

This is a space rooted in safety, consent, and integrity, where body positivity means meeting yourself exactly as you are.

Group size is intentionally small (max. 8 women), allowing for intimacy, trust, and presence within the supportive Femininity Community.

About the facilitator:

Maartje is a bodyworker, masseur, reiki practitioner, and facilitator of women’s circles and cacao ceremonies. She has been holding women’s and cacao circles for over two years, works as a self-employed masseur since February last year, and has been a reiki practitioner for two years. In 2022–2023, she worked closely with a shamanic practitioner rooted in sexual shamanism as a space holder for ceremonial events. Since last year, she has been facilitating within the Femininity Community, offering cacao, meditation, sound, and energy work.

Her work centers around somatic awareness, safety, softness, and embodied connection.

Expectations & boundaries (please read carefully):

- This is a women-only space
- Duration: 2–2.5 hours
- No partner or peer-to-peer touch. All touch is self-touch only, guided by Maartje
- Participation in movement, touch, oil, or cacao is always optional
- Lower body remains clothed throughout
- Upper-body nudity is optional and self-chosen
- This is not a sexual space; sensual awareness may arise, but the focus is self-love, presence, and physical acceptance
- Please come sober and respect the collective container

Bring:

- your layered outfit, bikini top & robe/kimono
- a journal and pen
- your favorite, vegetarian snack to share
- bring your own oil if you have a severe allergy

By joining, you agree to respect your own boundaries and those of others, and to contribute to a safe, grounded, and respectful space.

We will close the space by integration & sharing.
