What if you could express your natural self and be celebrated for it? That's what we are going to do in the Mother Earth Ecstatic dance gathering.

Gift yourself a moment of self discovery and pure freedom to be who you are.

Dance as natural, wild and free or still as you need. Move as the body calls you. Release. Shake out. Play and discover how your body wants to express.

Open your heart in cacao ceremony and fill up your cup with your authentic energy.

Treat yourself with an ecstatic dance for women only (or if you identify as one)! Join on your own or with girlfriends.

This dance journey is a blend between:
cacao ceremony + ecstatic dance + somatic practices (Voice Activation) + sharing circles like in women's circles and connecting to each other + other offerings
(It's much more than just Ecstatic Dancing)

No dance experience needed!

You can arrive from 18:15 to get ready
We start with a sharing - get to know each other circle.
At 18:30 we begin cacao ceremony for softening in the presence.
The journey will be 2 hours long - from surrendering to emotions followed by a blissful rise into freedom.. dancing uniquely as your body wishes in the moment.
Finishing up with a loving sharing circle that always brings deeper connection.
20:30 we close the journey, but there's time to talk and catch up with each other.

We have female space holders, to make sure you feel safe and supported for the whole journey.

What you need to take with you?
• Socks (we will dance barefoot or in socks).
• Special outfit that allows you to move freely and feels amazing (you can change on the spot).

The hosts - Linda is a Relationship Coach:
She started to dance when she was 6, now she's 33 and feels like her dance journey has just began. Teaches social dancing (Salsa, Kizomba, Bachata) and African dances for 8+ years. She is also our cosmic DJ. Linda leads communities like her Femininity Community ❤️‍🔥

Maartje has been holding cacao ceremonies since 2022 and has her foundation in energy- and bodywork, like reiki, massage, cupping, different somatic practices and more. From 8 years old she is classically schooled in playing the flute, solo and in orchestra. When her holistic path evolved, so did her instruments and understanding of music.

Boundaries:

1.⁠ ⁠Women-only space: This event is exclusively for (identifying) women. By attending, you agree to respect and protect the safety, intimacy and integrity of this women-only container.

2.⁠ ⁠Consent & body autonomy: All movement, touch and interaction are optional and based on clear consent. You are always free to say no, change your mind, or dance fully by yourself. This is a space free from performance, expectations or comparison. All expressions, emotions and ways of moving are welcome within safe measures of the container.

3.⁠ ⁠Substances & sobriety: This is a substance-free event. The cacao that is served is always optional and can be substituted by herbal tea. Please listen to your body and personal health needs. Inform us 24 hours prior with any allergies so we can adapt the cacao recipe accordingly.

4.⁠ ⁠Health & personal responsibility: Participation is at your own responsibility. Please inform the facilitators of any relevant physical, emotional or medical conditions that may affect your experience. Inform us especially on any heart related, blood thinning medicine or anti-depressants. Some medicine can cause complications when combined with cacao.

5.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality: Everything shared, expressed or witnessed during the event stays within the group. Please respect the privacy of all participants.

6.⁠ ⁠Phones & recording: To maintain presence and safety, phones remain off during the event. Photos, videos or recordings are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by all participants. Only the organizer can take an occasional picture, announced, for marketing purposes at the start and finish of the event.

7.⁠ ⁠Respect for the facilitators & group field: Please follow the guidance of the facilitators. They may intervene or deny access when boundaries are crossed or when safety of the group or an individual is at risk.

8.⁠ ⁠Reservations & cancellations: Reservations are refundable maximum 24 hours prior to the event. Within 24 hours your ticket is non-refundable, but you can use your entry for one of the next 4 events. If you are unable to attend or are late, let us know as soon as possible.
