Slow Down Sunday: Massage journey with cacao and sound

Hi there,

Welcome to the beautiful, light and serene studio of Healing People. Every Sunday I open the space to those who are seeking closure and integration from the week, work, or just a moment for deep relaxation. This session is my ultimate melt of MEDICINE that I truly love and find HOME in.

This moment of the week is for you if:

- you experience a lot of stress on daily basis
- you have consistent tension in the body (from sitting at a desk for example)
- you would like to explore the benefits of cacao, massage and sound
- you are ready to take a break and need to relax deeply
- you feel "stuck" in some way
- you are ready to go deeper in the body and working with intention
- you are seeking a form of loving support
- you are in need of some slow, safe and warm touch

What can you expect?

We open the session with cacao, conscious and ceremonially.
You will be guided from start to finish.
There are no 'rights' or 'wrongs', just you and your needs.
You can deepen your intention through messages from tarot or oracle.
You will be invited to co-create with your words of intention and give purpose and direction to your time on the massage table.
You have the opportunity to surrender on the massage table and sink deeper into relaxation during 1,5-2 hours of bodywork.
We close the session with an (optional) integration conversation and you will receive intuitive tips to take home to continue what came alive during the session.
