Join us for a 9-week in-depth Contact (+ a jam on Saterday the 21st of March, that is included)Improvisation journey where we come together as a committed group to explore movement, connection, and creativity. This course offers a supportive space where we grow and learn alongside the same people each week, allowing for deeper exploration and trust.

Rather than drop-in classes, these sessions focus on studying CI together as a group, working with the questions that arise from the participants.

Before the In-Depth class, you can join the optional 30-minute Floorwork Warm-Up (18:45–19:15) to prepare your body and get into the flow. Limited spots available!
