During this workshop, we will explore the dynamic relationship between the Masculine and Feminine energies within you — and use CONSTELLATIONS work to restore their natural balance.
This workshop invites you to start deeper listening to your nature, in order to move from inner conflict to conscious collaboration.
Within each of us lives a dance of opposites: the soft and the strong, the intuitive and the logical, the receptive and the active. These forces are known as Yin and Yang, our Feminine and Masculine energies. When they fall out of sync, we experience tension, confusion, or burnout. When they flow together, we feel grounded, clear, and whole.
This interactive transformational workshop offers a safe space to explore how these energies support, challenge, and shape your inner world. Through guided constellation work, we will bring these inner forces to life, allowing you to:

When Yin & Yang are out of balance, it often shows up in subtle yet persistent ways — feeling stuck in over-responsibility, emotional overwhelm, chronic fatigue, difficulty setting boundaries, or an inner sense of disconnection from one’s own needs and desires. These imbalances are often rooted in unconscious loyalties, family dynamics, or cultural conditioning.
Constellation work offers a powerful way to make the invisible visible. This therapeutic method was developed by Bert Hellinger in early 1960s and is based on the idea that externalizing processes in our subconsciousness into the physical space and observing them helps uncover hidden patterns that keep us looping in the same behaviors. This embodied awareness opens a space for change — allowing you to reposition your inner system, release outdated roles, and invite a more fluid and nourishing balance between Yin & Yang.
No prior experience with System Constellations is necessary for this workshop – only your willingness to explore and heal. English-spoken.
This workshop is led by Nadia Eliseeva, a trained Constellations therapist who regularly holds interactive workshops, addressing the inner aspects of the human personality. Through visual representation, System Constellations techniques support participants in uncovering hidden dynamics, healing past wounds, and creating more harmonious relationships within themselves and with others.
