Paolo took us on a journey of connecting to our bodies and each other. This created a safe ‘enough’ container for us to open.
We listened, we mirrored and we felt. It was beautiful to witness and be witnessed.

Paolo created an authentic, warm and inviting space to be open and share vulnerably and to practice listening and mirroring. A very valuable experience to be deeply seen and heard by others that were listening and to witness others and hold space for their experiences so they could feel seen, heard and listened to too. 100% recommend!

Daniel has a great sense of what the group needs and adapts the exercises accordingly. He creates a playful and safe space to explore movement and emotional expression through dance. Some exercises were emotionally challenging, but there was always room to reflect and share afterwards. I learned a lot and feel inspired to keep exploring.

Heerlijk om de week zo te beginnen! Leuke plek, fijne mensen en goeie muziek. Je kunt hier gewoon ZIJN. Niks moet en (bijna) alles mag ;)

I love those theme sessions where I can learn how to use my body to express a multitude of emotions in a playful and caring way ❤️

Common Ground is an amazing community run space that hosts amazing events. I always feel so welcome and at home there, and the ecstatic dances have a really great inclusive and safe atmosphere. I highly recommend joining <3.

We een heerlijke middag contact improvisatie met streven naar het op de rug krijgen van je mede-danser. Erg fijn om zo stevig uit te wisselen, in een veilige setting met duidelijke regels.

Amber is calm, intuitive and brings a positive and light atmosphere to the feeld. I'd highly recommend joining her constellation at least once in your life!

Een hele fijne en liefdevolle begeleiding, waarin ruimte is om helemaal jezelf te zijn en zo ver te gaan als voor jou goed voelt. De afwisseling tussen werken in kleine groepen, duo’s en een eigen opstelling maakte de avond heel waardevol en persoonlijk. Bijzonder om te ervaren hoe er binnen een groep van mannen en vrouwen toch een gezamenlijk thema voelbaar was.

I have been to I believe 5 constellation evenings with Amber and all of them have been truly magical. Her presence joy and compassion have touched me so deeply!!! My life has changed so much for the better and I can't wait to participate again in a new location soon!!!

It was an amazing workshop. Anita is an incredible facilitator - very authentic en embodied in what she teaches and shares. I also really appreciated the more subtle things which showed they put a lot of love and care into the event, like the music, the snacks and tea they prepared.
