My name is Catriona. I’m creating new combinations of mixed modalities to bring you beautiful offerings.

I truely believe in our crystalline structure, in life’s intelligence & the walking of a path which honours the higher planes & the material one. So much of what we experience is a reflection of what we believe. Life’s complexity & mystery is not to be fully understood, but feeling safe in that unknowing is something we can stay devoted to.. I create spaces in which we can relax into inspiration & awe, where we can meet and welcome all parts of ourselves and sense the wholeness in that, the embodied love of that.

I work with natural medicines, herbs & essential oils; energy medicine from different lineages -Egyptian & Japanese reiki, Mayan light language, systemic family constellation, & theta healing, Tao-Tantric Arts, body work - Thai massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, polyvagal theory, somatic awareness. I’ve been studying & working with these different techniques for up to 20 years.
