My name is Fardau, originally from Friesland, but currently living in Laren. I first got introduced to yoga back in 2012, when I moved to the big city of Amsterdam and soon realized the power of this practice, especially when living in the city, having a busy social & work life. Yin Yoga gave me a moment to just be, finding stillness and inner connection. A few year later I decided to deepen my practice and do an official teacher training. Not at all with the intention to teach. But when you follow the flow of life, magical things can happen!
I am teaching Yin Yoga & Reiki classes in an approachable way. Focusing on creating softness in the body, the mind, whilst gently connecting to the breath.
Taking time to draw your attention inwards and finding absolute, or maybe just a few glimpses, of stillness.
