Then, flow into a soft, nourishing yoga practice — lovingly designed for every body, whether you're just starting your yoga journey or have walked this path for years.
To close, we’ll gather in community and enjoy a lovingly prepared, organic lunch — homemade with care by conscious hearts and hands.
