Was lovely to meet those lovely people again and to do do in and art therapy.
This time I brought my friend. So it was surprise present for her birthday. She liked it. I really recommend if you live in the Hague, you must join and experience yourself! And it can be a great present as I noticed.

Wow, what great experience it was! I really enjoyed. I came with heaviness in the body and sleepy mind but gentle flow with Pedro helped me to connect with my body and after I started to feel light, balanced and completely present, awake. After creative exercises was a great bonus that made my heart feel warm and super creative. Thank you both so much! I had the rest of the day in gentle flow. What a great way to start a morning!
