Ondra Veltruský holds a Master's degree in Sociology, Philosophy, and English and American Literature. He is a body-oriented (somatic) sex coach trained in the tradition of the Australian Institute of Somatic Sexology. He supports people in exploring their desires and needs in the realm of sexuality and intimacy.
He works with trauma-sensitive touch coaching, incorporating the conscious use of breath, voice, and movement. Ondra is passionate about Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent® model of relating and interaction, which helps individuals find their voice, freedom of choice, and self-empowerment. As a certified Wheel of Consent® facilitator, he offers workshops on consent and communication in German, English, and Czech.
His work is significantly influenced by Peter Levine's trauma approach (Somatic Experiencing). For years, Ondra has been advocating for greater awareness of sexualized violence and abuse of power in society. He is a member of the German Society for Sexual Research (DGfS).
Ondra lives and works in Berlin, Germany, and regularly travels to other European cities. He also offers online coaching sessions as well as free Wheel of Consent® information evenings via video.
