Martine is a trauma informed coach and spaceholder. She believes in living out loud, fully embracing everything that is and forever finding new ways to spread love. After a burn-out, she started her journey inwards, to bring light to the darker parts of herself. She discovered new ways of being, fully embodying her femininity. By prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries, she created space to shine unapologetically.
Now it's her mission to inspire others to do the same.
