Exploring Deeper

Wilrieke and space-holders manage to create a loving and expertly held field in which there is space to feel, great exercises to come into the body, to connect, and to explore from there. Would recommend highly to anyone and everyone, all that is needed is curiosity and that you have some sense of feeling and ability to express what you need.

I liked it! Day 1 was my favorite by far, one of the best days of any workshops ever. We learned about Window of Tolerance and dysregulation outside of it, explored finding pleasure in everyday things, and learned about and explored what I'll call "reverse massage" (it's better than it sounds). Day 2 seemed to shift to people who needed or wanted "to be witnessed" which was fascinating, and which set the focus for the rest of the day.

This was my first time attending one of Wilriekes events and thought it was really special. I felt safe and accepted. The group excersises got progressively more intimate which helped to be a little more relaxed with a bunch of lovely strangers. There was support when needed, clear communication on boundaries and consent and the space to just be who you are. Hugs&endorphins were shared and insights were gained. 10/10, would do it again.

Now back to integrating it all..

Geweldige ervaring! Er was zoveel te beleven en het werd heel goed, mooi en humorvol begeleidt. Hoe heerlijk om omringd te worden door mensen die allemaal heel veel zin hebben om te spelen. Dank je Wilrieke, voor al jouw expertise waarmee je een geweldige bedding creëert.

What an amazing experience! It was a challenge for me because I realized I don't have trouble setting boundaries, but I probably do have trouble figuring out where those boundaries lie. I didn't expect these feelings at a play party, but it gave me so much valuable insight, thanks to the wonderful, safe environment, the organization that made it possible, and the other lovely people who were there. Thank you so much!

Beforehand I had all kinds of vague ideas of what this workshop could do for me, but I never expected it to touch so deep. And I have been to quite a number of quality tantra trainings.

It makes me smile to think that these touch / breath / movement exercises have maybe taught me some new techniques. Mostly it helped me relax and experience kind and warm togetherness. I’m grateful for Wilrieke putting together a program and a community in which such potentially deep, safe, essential experiences can be had in such a light and playful and slightly sexy setting.

Ging niet naar het evenement, maar had wel een ticket en probeerde te annuleren. Dit was niet mogelijk, ondanks e-mails. Je wordt telkens doorverwezen naar het terugbetalingsbeleid, dat een enorme hoeveelheid tekst bevat en waar je door de bomen het bos niet meer ziet. Zelfs na het annuleren (je zou een email moeten sturen stond ergens in de lange tekst) was dit niet mogelijk. Je wordt doorgestuurd naar het verkopen van je ticket op ticketswap waar het event nog helemaal niet aangemaakt was. Een maand in voren annuleren is niet realistisch. Erg ontevreden over de organisatie.

Dit was een Mooie, lange workshop.
Prima gedaan.
Die mogen er gerust Meer komen !
Ik heb fijne ervaringen mogen geven, maar ook mogen ontvangen, en aan het einde van de workshop is het ook gezegd, hoe belangrijk deze workshops voor mensen zijn.
Ik zou dat ook graag terugzien als ik in de totale workshop-agenda kijk.

A warm and well-facilitated space to explore cuddling, consent, and human closeness — gentle, fun and respectful. For a first-timer like me, it might have been useful to explain the difference between hugging and cuddling before the event. This was definitely about cuddling!

It was an amazing experience! I felt super comfortable being myself (as a queer person), way more than in another queer tantra workshop I did. Looking forward to more events!

I've always been curious about kink, silently wanting to know for ever if it is for me. The time was ripe and in Kink Foundations I found a solid answer. Wilrieke and her assistants made it fun, safe, and pleasurable for every participant, either introvert or extrovert, shy or all out. There was a vast amount of knowledge, wisdom and experience to be enjoyed from all three workshop leaders. The workshop pace was firm yet slow which kept everybody on board and interested. Een aanrader voor iedereen die is geïnteresseerd in kink als onderdeel van hun pad naar zelf-ontdekking en -ontwikkeling. Fijne weekend-workshop met veel aandacht voor grenzen voelen, benoemen en behouden; wheel of consent; liefdevol ingecheckt zijn bij jezelf de de ander(en); spaceholding; diversiteit en inclusie. Wilrieke Sophia creëert een liefdevolle, inclusieve en veilige(re) (en humorvolle) bubble die je gelijk mist zodra je weer naar buiten loopt.

Was een mooie training. Met diepgang en in kwetsbaarheid maar niet teveel zwaarte en met humor. Wilrieke weet een veilige energie neer te zetten waarin ik mezelf mocht zijn. Ik heb mijn nieuwsgierigheid mogen ‘uitleven’ in afstemming met anderen. Was ook heel fijn om in contact te komen met gelijkgestemden. Zij begrepen mijn verhaal, was een feest van herkenning maar ook van erkenning. Ook nieuwe dingen gezien en ervaren waar ik met een glimlach aan terug denk.

Ik vond het echt helemaal geweldig! Wat is Wilrieke ongekend goed. Ze verstaat haar vak echt en weet zo'n safe & brave place te creeren. Heel erg knap! Veel dank :-))

A lovely welcoming, inclusive space to get closer to your senses and feel safe in contact with yourself and others. Lovely facilitators, soft vibes and guided nicely to let go of nerves and tension along the way. And it was a good experience to discover more about personal boundaries/preferences in a safe cuddly way.
