🌿 HERBS FOR MENSTRUATION, MENOPAUSE & SUPPORT of the FEMALE BODY
The female body is miraculous. Join us for an informative workshop where we dive into herbs that support both menstruation and menopause. Each woman will leave with a small bag of self-made herbal tea or a tincture made with fresh herbs.
🌿 BELLY LOVE ~ ABDOMINAL SELF MASSAGE
Join Vivian for a nurturing workshop created to honor your belly inspired by the healing wisdom of functional medicine, Chi Nei Tsang, and Mayan abdominal massage. Belly Love brings you herbal self-massage techniques that you can easily incorporate at home. This workshop will explore organ health, the breath and womb wisdom, offering you practical tools to cultivate deeper connection and vitality within your beautiful body. Give yourself the gift of self-care, honoring your belly and its incredible power.
🌿 THE REAL MEANING of MATRIARCHY and WHY it WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING ~ Jennifer Eva Sirel-Pillau
Matriarchy is a societal model that is women-centered, egalitarian, and consensus based. Matriarchal societies demonstrate skill in peace-making, place a high value on responsible relations with the natural world, and exhibit cultural behaviors that emphasize mutual care, economic reciprocity, and gift-giving. The general worldview held and practiced in matriarchy is that all life is sacred. An introduction to the sophisticated and intricate workings of matriarchal societies will be offered in this workshop. Participants will receive a carefully curated list of works and an outline for leading their own study groups on Matriarchy as a societal model, and how its principles may be applied to address the sociopolitical turmoil plaguing modern Euro-American societies.

Dieren zijn over het algemeen heel goed in staat en "natuur-wijs" genoeg om te bepalen waar zij behoefte aan hebben en te ruiken-proeven-voelen wat goed voor hen is, mits hun leefomgeving en omstandigheden hen daartoe de mogelijkheid bieden.
Voor vele ´huis- en boerderijdieren´, is dat lang niet altijd meer het geval, en beïnvloeden voeding en stress, zowel fysiek als mentaal, hun algeheel welzijn en functioneren. Door onze huidige vormen van samenleven met dieren zijn wij, als zorgdragers, verantwoordelijk voor het zien, begrijpen en voeden van hun behoeften en hun zijn.

Yvonne supports women to connect deeply with the earth by teaching essentials of how to thrive safely in nature - making a fire, finding safe spaces to sleep and rest in the forest, herbs to eat, and essential items to take and use while hiking overnight and for longer adventures.
🌿 The WISDOM of TREES
Trees share their wisdom with us if we are willing to slow down and listen. They are great teachers on how we can live in harmony with our nature and the nature of all things. Together we will explore contemplation, offerings, songs and ART to cultivate a deep relationship with our tree elders!
🌿 WILD WOMAN in BUSINESS
This is an open sharing about the art of building a business from patriarchy to matriarchy. Entrepreneurship ruled by the womb and crafted by the heart.
🌿 ENTERING the REALM of ACTIVISM THROUGH FORAGING
A lot is going on in the world today. The feelings of anxiety, numbness, burnout and depression are known by almost everyone. How can we reclaim natural practices to promote well being and create healthier communities? In this workshop we look at how foraging and other ancestral skills can help us reclaim the parts of us that are affected by unhealthy systems. Let us shed capitalism like a snake sheds her skin. Let us use our rooted feminine strength to birth something so strong, that the soil around us becomes healthy and fertile. Let us form bonds so resilient that communities are born.
🌿 RISE of the FEMININE PSYCHEDELIC BREATHWORK
You are invited into your feminine essence - your shakti - in this gentle but powerful practice of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH. This form of Breathwork allows for the feminine to really move and flow, free as a river. A celebration of being a woman. We will open the space with heart opening Ceremonial Cacao.
🌿 EMBODIMENT PRAYER DESPACHO CEREMONY
A Despacho Ceremony, originating from South America, is a ceremonial offering of gratitude to the earth. We begin with a dance, to connect to our personal (embodied) prayers, intentions and thankfulness. From the dance we move into the offering ceremony, where we share our gratitude and prayers and bury them in the land at de Uelenspieghel.
🌿 HERBAL NATURE SPA
Learning the art of Filipino bathing rituals, you will create a bath scrub with salt, clay and herbs. After a self-care scrubbing session, you will jump in the lake to rinse off and enjoy your beautiful glowing skin.
