Women's Circle - Setting Powerful Intentions for 2025

WOMEN'S CIRCLES
My intention is to offer a space where women can connect, empower, and support each other in a world that often demands so much from them.
It's our little sanctuary where we explore meditation, yoga, breath-work, journalling, rituals, and ceremonies, reflecting around themes that resonate with women's lives. Here, we celebrate the divine feminine, the strength in vulnerability, and the beauty in unity.
These spaces are meant to remind us that we are not alone on this journey. Together, we explore and nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits. We lend an ear, share our stories, and find strength in each other's journeys.
In these events there are only 15 spots available, to keep an intimate environment.

THE THEME
In contrast to the reflective nature of December, January invites us to look forward with anticipation and purpose. Winter, with its cozy darkness and profound stillness, becomes the perfect season to turn inward and plant the seeds of powerful intentions for the year ahead.
This Women's Circle serves as a transformative space to guide you in crafting meaningful intentions for the coming year. Through yin yoga, journalling, and a sharing circle, we will collectively bring our energy into setting powerful intentions, creating a foundation for growth, self-discovery, and empowerment in 2025.

ABOUT ISABEL
As a Professional Career & Leadership Coach (ICF certified) and Yoga teacher, I'm deeply passionate about empowering women.
My self-development journey started a decade ago when I experienced the loss of my mom. This led me on a path of self-discovery, realigning my life, changing lifestyle, relationships, moving abroad and recently transitioning in my career.
During this process, working on my mindset, embracing my body and feminine energy played a vital role, and I felt the strong desire to share this transformative experience with other women.
That's why I decided to become a Professional Career & Leadership Coach (ICF certified) and Yoga teacher, combining Neuro-linguistic programming and Coaching together with the Yoga philosophy.
The goal of all the work I do is to support women in their empowerment journey, helping them to get the clarity and confidence to build a life and a career that is truly aligned to them.
I believe that having a safe and supportive space where women can come together & connect is key in this process.

HOW TO GET PREPARED
- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before starting time (14.45) to provide for a comfortable start
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Yoga mats and props are provided

CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that plans can sometimes change, but please keep in mind that the tickets for this event are non-refundable.
While I won't be able to offer refunds for cancellations, I'm here to help in any way I can. If you're unable to attend, please feel free to reach out to me. You might have a friend who would love to take your spot, and I'd be happy to assist with the transfer.
