A paint workshop focused on letting go of the old and making space for the new. We will begin with journaling and drawing cards to reflect on 2024 and clarify our intentions for 2025. Using meaningful images—such as photos, objects, or symbols that hold personal significance—you will create a unique and personal artwork.

Instead of a traditional vision board, we will translate our intention / desires into a painting. I ask you to bring inspiration in the form of images, colors, shapes, symbols that reflect your vision/energy for the new year ( I will also bring some books/magazines as inspiration). This could be inspired on- things from 2024 that you wish to release, or things you want to welcome in 2025. While painting, you will literally and figuratively bring these insights to life, grounding your intentions in a powerful and creative way.
