Together we will gather at the Holistic Healing shed (nearby Deventer) to give our bodies rest and a reset.
Let us take you on a journey to connect with your body and conciously welcome this new season we are moving into.
We will invite you to slow down and take a deep breath. Let's reflect on what has been going on for you, what signs does your body give you and what happens if you press pause and just listen?
Jamilla will open the space by serving Cacao and easy and relaxing breathing exercises that calm your nervous system. Followed by different sounds, but Emre will take the stage with his handpan!
There is an option to dive a little deeper into yourself by m!cr0d0sing (max 1 gram) ps!locyb!ne.
We will open the doors at 19:45 and start at 20:00 - please be on time :)
There is a free parking area.
