Een dag waarin we een duik nemen in onszelf en wat we vinden tot uiting brengen!
Expressie, spelen, ontdekken, zingen, vrijheid, ruimte geven aan jezelf, interactie, groepsdynamiek met samenklank en... uit je comfort zone.
Dit is een opbouwende workshop om contact te maken met de stem van je ziel, je authentieke geluid. Om vrij te zijn van eventuele blokkades, die je weerhouden om jouw unieke klanken te laten klinken. De dag zal een reis zijn om sluiers weg te nemen en om zo dieper tot de kern te komen van wie je werkelijk bent en dit tot uiting te brengen.

Wat is jouw geluid/vibratie? Mag dit vrij stromen?
Gedurende de dag zullen we diverse adem- en zangtechnieken en andere oefeningen toepassen waarin je je energie en je stem leert herkennen en te gebruiken. Je zal meegenomen worden op reis naar de authentieke klank van jouw stem. We creëren gezamenlijk een veld voor interactie, spiegelen, bevrijding, klanken, vertrouwen, inspiratie en verbinding.

De dag zal begeleid worden door Aurora Anne Eggens.
Zij zingt al haar hele leven en is van nature gestimuleerd tot experimenteren met klank en innovatie van de muziek die zij deelt. Ze bewandelt het pad van Sjamanisme al zo'n 12 jaar en is hierdoor verder geopend haar unieke talenten en geluid te delen. Haar diepe studie en ervaring met diverse tradities en plantmedicijnen hebben haar gerijpt om sinds 5 jaar zelf plantceremonies te begeleiden (www.hetgoudenhert.nl). Daarnaast begeleidt ze mensen individueel op hun pad met soul retrieval sessies, sound healing en bodywork.
Met haar creativiteit, scherpe focus, diepte, vrolijkheid en enthousiasme zal ze je prikkelen en stimuleren om je te openen voor je eigen geluid.

A day diving deep into ourselves and expressing what we find!
Expression, play, discovery, singing, freedom, giving space to yourself, interaction, group dynamics with collaborative sound and.... out of your comfort zone.
This is a constructive workshop to get in touch with the voice of your soul, your authentic sound. To be free of any blockages that are holding you back from letting your unique sounds resonate. The day will be a journey through the soul, to remove veils and get deeper to the core of who you really are and to express this.
What feels natural to you?
What wants to be heard?
What is your sound/vibration? Are you allowing it to flow freely?
During the day we will apply various breathing- & singing techniques and other practices in which you learn to recognize and use your energy and your voice. You will be taken on a journey to the authentic sound of your voice. Together we will create a field for interaction, mirroring, release, trust, inspiration and connection.

The day will be guided by Aurora Anne Eggens.
She has been singing all her life and is naturally stimulated to experiment with sound and innovation of the music she shares. She has been walking the path of Shamanism for about 12 years and as a result has been further opened to share her unique talents and sound. Her deep study and experience with various traditions and plant medicine have matured her to guide ceremonies herself since 5 years. With her creativity, sharp focus, depth, joy and enthusiasm, she will excite and encourage you to open to your own sound.
