MINI AUTUMN RETREAT - ‘LET IT GO’

Softening Yin yoga, a breathwork journey, Ayurveda, Autumn reflections based on nature’s wisdom, and cozy guitar tunes: welcome to our Mini Autumn Retreat!

Treat yourself to this soothing and easygoing mini retreat, dedicated to your well-being and growth this season. This is an afternoon just for you, so that you can return home with a sense of groundedness, lightness and inspiration.


LET IT GO
This mini retreat is all about reconnecting with your truest self and nature this season. Autumn is a perfect time to unclutter and let go of anything that no longer serves you. Just like the trees shedding their leaves.
In Eastern philosophy, autumn is related to the air element and the lungs. Ask yourself: what nourishes you and would you like to soak up – like a fresh inbreath? And what in your life no longer feels like ‘you’ and do you want to release – just like your outbreath? In short: on this day we will guide you in coming back to your true nature. And anything that doesn’t feel supportive of that? We let go.


PROGRAM
The day will include the following elements:

YIN YOGA SESSION
Autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, so that we can prepare ourselves for the quieter, nourishing winter season ahead. In this calming Yin Yoga session we do exactly that! We’ll align with the spirit of autumn: a time of introspection and letting go. Together we explore long-held postures (supported by soft pillows & other props) that help release tension, rigidity and stagnation in our body and mind. Through slow, deep stretches, targeting the connective tissues of our body, you’ll experience a deep softening in your system. We’ll be working especially with the lungs & lung meridian, since this organ is connected to the autumn season. Expect a peaceful practice that allows you to let go & surrender, and leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected to yourself ánd the natural rhythm of autumn season.

BREATHWORK JOURNEY
This immersive session is designed to guide you to the healing power of your own breath, unlocking deep physical, emotional and mental well-being. We’ll use Conscious Connected Breath: a breathing technique that nourishes and oxygenates the body, helping you to release (conscious and subconscious) tension, stress or stagnation in your system. This guided breathwork journey, supported by beautiful music, is a true honor to your body’s natural healing mechanisms.

SYMBOLISM OF AUTUMN SEASON & REFLECTIVE JOURNALING
Nature - and each of the seasons - holds so much wisdom. How can we use the symbolism of autumn (and what is happening in nature during this season) to reflect on our own lives? With the practice of journaling. A great way to deepen self-awareness and gain insight into your inner world. We will share reflective questions, related to the spirit of autumn, that will inspire you to let your thoughts flow freely onto the page. Journaling creates a space for honest exploration, helping you let go of mental clutter and play with new perspectives.

SHORT INTRODUCTION TO AYURVEDA & NUTRITION THIS SEASON
Ayurveda, the ancient practice of holistic healing from India, helps us to balance our body & mind through nutrition and lifestyle. It is closely connected to nature, and moves with the rhythms of the seasons. In Ayurveda, autumn is considered a season dominated by the Vata dosha (a combination of the air & ether element), which brings a sense of coolness, dryness, and instability. To balance this, Ayurvedic nutrition emphasizes warm, grounding, and nourishing foods & herbs during autumn season. In our mini retreat, we will share a super short & practical introduction on how to use the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to keep yourself balanced, grounded and energized in the autumn season.

Mini Autumn Retreat - 'Let it go'

The mini yin yoga retreat with Livia and Melanie was such a beautiful, grounding experience. Every little detail felt so intentional—like the delicious snacks, warm tea, and golden lattes that made the day extra cozy. The space they created was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and the soothing sound of crystal bowls setting the perfect tone. Their gentle guidance through yin yoga and breathwork made it easy to let go of stress and fully relax. I felt supported, safe, and deeply connected to the moment. What really stood out was how much care Livia and Melanie put into everything. Their calm and compassionate energy made the whole group feel at ease, and all the thoughtful touches made the retreat feel so special. I walked away feeling lighter, more grounded, and incredibly grateful for the chance to just pause and take care of myself in such a nurturing space. A BIG thank you!
