Energy? Pleasure? Forgiveness?
Let’s cut through this pseudo ‘spiritual’ language and say what we mean: 'sexual energy’ is ‘life energy’, in tantra we understand this energy to create all forms, from cells to stars, from ideas to words. When our bodies are relaxed, without tension or trauma, this energy flows and even the simple smell of fresh earth, or the feel of rain on skin, can fill the whole body with orgasmic sensations, with feelings of pleasure and delight. We can then learn to intentionally circulate this energy alone or with partners, to enter expanded states of consciousness.

This is our body’s natural healthy state and we witness this truth when we watch babies play.

➡ So how do we get there?
Some of us have been penetrated against our will and by this we mean that we have had things done to us, physically, emotionally, psychologically or, that we did not want and we were powerless to prevent. In our DNA we carry the wounds of unwanted penetration experienced by our ancestors. As part of a society we carry the collective wounds of unwanted penetration. In this tantric tradition, we understand all of this pain to be carried physically in the female sexual organs (yoni) or, for those in male-sexed bodies, in the energetic yoni.

Some of us have experienced the powerful physical, emotional and psychological urge to penetrate. Some, born in male-sexed bodies, look at our own penis and, on an unconscious level, associate our own bodies as a physical representation of patriarchy and violence. This leads to fear, rejection, guilt and suppression of our penetrating energy. Again, in this tantric tradition, we understand that we carry the fear not only from our own lives but that of our ancestors and society either physically in the male sexual organs (lingam) or, for those in female-sexed bodies, in the energetic lingam.

Forgiveness offers us one of the most powerful ways to release the wounds and fears that prevent energy from flowing freely and return the body to its natural state of pleasure

🔥 we will learn to become aware of our body’s real ‘yes’ and ‘no’ and to be empowered to give meaningful consent
🔥 we will invite you to work with a wound or a fear of your choosing that you wish to to transform into potency and potential
🔥 we will work with a powerful forgiveness ritual to deepen into the release of pain or fear that may be held in the yoni or the lingam.
🔥 we will learn physical bodywork that can support your ‘life energy’ to flow up the spine so that many of you experience orgasmic sensations in the whole body
🔥 we will support you to become more sensitive to energetic sensations and your energy body
🔥 we will come together in an extraordinary ecstatic dance journeys and there will be the opportunity to work with plant medicine Schinsandra (see below).
🔥 we will hold two well held Temple spaces, where nothing has to happen and everything, within consent, can happen
🔥 we will offer post-retreat integration homework and support so you can incorporate what you have learned into your life in ways that support you to make the changes you wish to make and continue to deepen your tantric practices of release into pleasure

☀️Scarlett
Scarlett's focus in all her work is on the energetic body and she has taken a number of educations and courses in Energy medicine, Energy healing, kundalini bodywork etc.
She has studied Kundalini activation with Inner Fuel in San Diego and Kundalini Bodywork & Dearmouring with Elliott Saxby from Bali.
Scarlett has facilitated for many years primarily Retreats, Ecstatic Dance events, ceremonies and circles. She has primarily worked with women and empowerment and in recent years has opened up to both sexes.
She has a shamanistic approach to her work and often incorporates herbs and plant medicines. She loves incorporating rituals and has also completed a course in Masters in Rituals.
On a daily basis, Scarlett works as a holistic trauma therapist, Kundalini Bodywork & dearmouring, Ecstatic Dance events, Sensual Massage, and as a yoga teacher. Her biggest interest is in releasing energetic blockages (traumas) and transform that energy to pleasure and peace in body, mind and soul.
She has been a part of the facilitator team for a couple of years at the Tantric festival The Tribal Vibe in Denmark.

☀️Wave
Wave is a tantric and shamanic practitioner. They have undertaken more than 8 years of extensive tantric training. Thier teachers have included Alan Lowen (Art Of Being) and Pema (Wild Tantra). They have spent months in Peru learning from Maestro Heberto Garcia in the Lareto region of the Amazon rainforest. They are deeply connected with several plant medicines including Mappacho and Ayahasca and, as a channel, can utalise the voice to transmit healing vibrations. Wave has years of experience in bodywork and healing modalities from non-Western and Western traditions such as Dearmouring (Gaia Method), Zen Buddism (Thich Nhat Hanh), CBT, EMDR, and NVC.

They take an integrated approach to releasing tension, emotion and trauma which are stored in the body to increase the body's capacity for pleasure and enable expanded states of consciousness for healing and manifestation. Wave works with individuals and couples as well as running workshops and retreats. They are also the founder of Organising from Elsewhere which aims to listen in radically new ways to people whose ways of knowing and being together are fundamentally different from ours.

➡ IMPORTANT PRACTICAL INFOMATION
You have the option of arriving after 7 pm on Thursday the 19th. There is no program, but the venue is beautiful and in a beautiful location in nature and this gives you an opportunity to ground and begin the retreat rested.
We will start early on Friday 20th. For those who slept over there will be a Morning practice of pulsating Yin Yoga and meditation and breakfast will be served at 8.30 am.
On Friday the 20th registration is between 9.00 - 9.30 am. This is where payment to the venue for food and accommodation must be made.
All participants are expected to arrive on time.

***Accommodation and food (tasty, healthy & vegan) is provided by the venue and charged separately. The venue charges 185 EURO for accommodation, food and snacks all in 20th - 22nd. An extra payment of 45 EURO is made for those staying overnight on the 19th. Payment to venue is be made during resgistration.***
