WOMEN'S CIRCLES
My intention is to offer a monthly space where women can connect, empower, and support each other in a world that often demands so much from them.
It's our little sanctuary where we explore meditation, yin yoga, journaling, rituals, and ceremonies, reflecting around themes that resonate with women's lives. Here, we celebrate the divine feminine, the strength in vulnerability, and the beauty in unity.
These spaces are meant to remind us that we are not alone on this journey. Together, we explore and nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits. We lend an ear, share our stories, and find strength in each other's journeys.

THE THEME
Inspired by the beauty of autumn, our theme this month is on "Embracing Change." Like the trees in this transformative season, we'll explore the art of welcoming change and embracing the endless possibilities it brings. It's about connecting with the courage to evolve and uncover the potential of the present. By opening ourselves to change, we invite fresh beginnings and positive growth into our lives.
Through practices like meditation , yin yoga, journaling, and a beautiful sharing circle, I invite you to explore the exciting possibilities of change.
Come join us to feel the energy of the season and our circle as we begin a journey to embrace the changes you want in a simple and supportive way.

ABOUT ISABEL
As a Professional Career & Leadership Coach (ICF certified) and Yoga teacher, I'm deeply passionate about empowering women.
My self-development journey started a decade ago when I experienced the loss of my mom. This led me on a path of self-discovery, realigning my life, changing lifestyle, relationships, moving abroad and recently transitioning in my career.
During this process, working on my mindset, embracing my body and feminine energy played a vital role, and I felt the strong desire to share this transformative experience with other women.
That's why I decided to become a Professional Career & Leadership Coach (ICF certified) and Yoga teacher, combining Neuro-linguistic programming and Coaching together with the Yoga philosophy.
The goal of all the work I do is to support women in their empowerment journey, helping them to get the clarity and confidence to build a life and a career that is truly aligned to them.
I believe that having a safe and supportive space where women can come together & connect is key in this process.

Time: 15.00 – 17.45 (last 20-30 mins includes informal chat, tea, oracle cards)

HOW TO GET PREPARED
- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before starting time (14.45) to provide for a comfortable start
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Yoga mats and props are provided

CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that plans can sometimes change, but please keep in mind that the tickets for this event are non-refundable.
While we won't be able to offer refunds for cancellations, I'm here to help in any way I can. If you're unable to attend, please feel free to reach out to us. You might have a friend who would love to take your spot, and we'd be happy to assist with the transfer.
