Emotional Release Breathwork & Cacao by Jerry

Jerry will offer a 3-hour journey into harnessing the power of the breath to access and move stuck emotions. This session will start with a cup of ceremonial cacao to open up our cardiovascular system and to help us drop into the space together. The breathwork practice will take you through various nervous system states using the breath and will help you connect deeper with yourself. Learn how the breath affects the nervous system with this experiential and therapeutic deep dive.
