Dress code: Most important is to be yourself. We do highly recommend comfortable clothes and flexible bendable shoes.
Who is giving the workshop?
This time, we invited the amazing dancer and teacher Bruna from Forró Den Haag. Bruna's workshops are not only fun but also deeply focused on the importance of offering a comfortable dance and a true connection—with your dance partner, the music, and the cultural aspects of Forró.

Based in Amsterdam, with a lifelong love for Brazilian music, DJ Lanús rediscovered the magic of forró through dancing and has been lighting up the parties in The Netherlands since 2017. Dance along for an exciting journey of rhythm and good vibes!
Who we are?
We are Laura and Inge and our passion for forró began in Barcelona. While living there, we discovered this lively dance and instantly fell in love with its cheerful music and playful steps. Forró brings a special energy and sense of connection, something that keeps drawing us back to the dance floor. The rhythmic accordion sounds and the close partner dance always bring a smile to our face. Dancing with other enthusiastic forró lovers creates a sense of community and joy. For us, forró is more than just a dance; it's a way to enjoy the moment and connect with others.
Forró Nimma is growing and more and more beautiful people are volunteering in creating a space where everybody is welcome to feel the joy and to share the passion for forró.

Btw, don't get intimidated, these are all very advanced dancers and teachers. You don't need any dance experience to join the workshop!
