Movement doesn't lie.
In this workshop we'll investigate just how this idea works and how we can use movement as a tool to create or strengthen an authentic bond with ourselves. Movement is a reliable mirror through which we can check in with our true selves.

Through various movement and dance exercises we learn how to listen to and read our own and other bodies and to reveal what truths they are conveying to us.

It will be a peaceful workshop to give rise to mindfulness and heightened awareness of our ability to feel and register changes, once we are in motion. HOWEVER a little sweating at some point is not excluded ;)

COME in comfy clothes, bring a water bottle and perhaps something to make notes.

THIS workshop includes minor partnering exercises.

Jethro is a dancer at heart, he has been exploring various dance and movement styles for over 25 years. Besides dancing he worked as a massage therapist for 6 years.
Lately he makes many bodies move with his ecstatic dance DJ sets.

He love to tune into people's movement and explore the depths of the information that is consistently revealed to us in all of our movements.
