Spring Equinox Ceremony with Rapeh & Sound Healing

Dear Community! We are Eugénie and Domi and we would love to invite you to join our intimate Spring Equinox Ceremony. Eugénie is an acupuncturist & carrier of the medicine of plants, Dominika is a sound practitioner with deep devotion to energy work. Together we create a loving field and a safe space for you to come and be just as you are. This ceremony will be intimate (max 6 participants) so that as space holders we can give enough individual attention, time for everyone in their process and for each participant to gain the most out of this experience. At the end of the circle there will be time and space to share your experience.

Spring Equinox is a day with special energy. Like other equinoxes and solstices, the veil between the worlds is specifically thin around this day. It also marks the astrological beginning of the year making it a powerful time to let go of what no longer serves and energetically clean your soul, body and mind to step into the new cycle with clarity, awareness and intention.

The medicines we will work with:

🌱 Plant medicines - Rapèh - this sacred Tobacco plant will help with clearing our system to let go of what no longer serves.
Next to Rapèh, Eugénie works with a variety of beautiful plants who love to come in and support your journey. From rose to blue lotus, plant allies will be there to support us ;) You will also be guided to connect with your plant ally for the coming year.

🌠 Sound Healing - we will recline for a 60 mins deep dive into the world of vibrations and frequencies with the focus on connecting with our own intention for the coming cycle. Harmonies of sound help with a release and transformation through all levles of being.

💕 Love - we always hold spaces with the highest integrity and from the depth of the heart. We are here to guide and support in your process as good as we can. We offer after care if you need further guidance.

Time: 7pm till 22.00 (please arrive 10mins early, & closing time is approximate depending on how many participants will be there)
Location: Amsterdam East

Practicalities:
1.⁠ ⁠Rapèh works best on empty stomach so please stop eating after 5:30pm and choose light meals that day (avoid anything deep fried, highly processed etc) - think of it that way : you are preparing your body temple to welcome the plants. How would you prepare your house before someone you love comes to visit?
2.⁠ ⁠Please bring a yoga mat, wear layered comfortable clothing (extra socks always welcome) and bring your water bottle.
3.⁠ ⁠Think about your intention for the coming cycle in the days leading up to the ceremony.
